As a social entrepreneur, I am always keen to support social businesses and non-profit organisations in their work.
8fold Social helps social entrepreneurs and non-profit organisations make smart digital choices that save them time and money – time and money best spent on making the world a better place. We provide pro bono support with training, consultancy and advice.
See below for current projects that we are involved in. We are especially keen to support organisations that support women and girls. If you are a social entrepreneur or non-profit organisation in need of digital help, do get in touch.
Digital Assistant Academy
Digital Assistant Academy is our flagship social project enabling low income women (income support, Job Seekers Allowance) in East London to generate additional, flexible income for themselves and their family around their existing commitments.
A pilot project supported by an UnLtd Award, social enterprise DigiBridge and coworking space The Cube ran in autumn 2011 and we are currently seeking support to run a second cohort.

Orchid Project
The Orchid Project has a simple vision: a world free from female genital cutting (FGC). We advised this London based organisation on their social media strategy and use, as well as generally advising on digital matters.
West Lexham
West Lexham is a new non-profit space for sustainability and learning in the Norfolk broads. We helped the team with their email marketing and social media presence.
Room2Heal
Room2Heal is a London based charity that provides a healing community for asylum seekers, refugees and others who have suffered human rights violations. We provided free IT training for their women’s group.
